I am an applied microeconomist focusing on education, policy evaluation, and gender. I currently work as a Researcher at the Mary E Walsh Center for Thriving Children at Boston College where I conduct research on integrated student support by analyzing the impact of the Center's intervention efforts and supporting the adoption and integration of evidence based practices in the field of effective student support. Previously, I worked as a Research Specialist at the Office of Research, Planning, and Program Evaluation at the Maryland State Department of Education. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from American University in Spring 2023. 

I previously worked at the World Bank as a Short Term Consultant working on projects focusing on the NEET population in Bangladesh.
